Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; 13 years engineering experience.
• 8 years in a technical discipline; supervisory or managerial experience.
• Extensive EWIS knowledge including installation design guidance.
• Experience with CHS, Catia V5 and related tools.
• FAR 25 subpart H knowledge and EWIS documentation.

Responsibilities

• Leads a multi-disciplined group of engineering employees.
• Develops schedules, estimates work scope, and monitors budgets.
• Directs objective setting, performance management, and staff development.
• Interprets policies and communicates with senior management and customers.
• Oversees EWIS design and integration activities and ensures timely delivery.
