Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 10 years of engineering experience with 5 years in a technical discipline.
• 1 year of supervisory or broad managerial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervises engineering staff and assigns tasks and objectives.
• Establishes performance standards, schedules, and budgets.
• Provides direction and coaches subordinate leads to milestones.
• Makes independent engineering decisions to support project goals.
