Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and 13 years of engineering experience.
• 8 years in a specific technical discipline and 5 years in supervisory or broad managerial roles.
• Experience with ITFs, aircraft support logistics, and cross-disciplinary cabin systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers schedules, tasks, and deliverables for a multi-disciplined engineering unit.
• Directly or through staff, sets performance expectations, conducts appraisals, and supports development.
• Leads objectives aligning with short- and long-term goals and communicates with senior management.
• Conducts technical briefings and manages project teams to resolve complex problems.
• Directly participates in projects and champions cross-functional collaboration.
• Interprets policies and executes modifications as needed.
