Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA is seeking an ESE PDT Lead II for Mid-Cabin programs. You will oversee aircraft systems development and integration, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure build/test readiness and certification alignment. This senior role requires strong program management, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Reporting to the ESE Director, you will guide technical objectives and mentor engineers to deliver on time within the IEF organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in aircraft systems development and integration.
• Experience with simulators and build/test readiness.
• Experience with FAA/CS-25 certification.
• Mentoring and training engineers on aircraft design and systems.
• Position reports to the ESE Director and supports Mid-Cabin program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program goals, objectives, and priorities with the project team.
• Coordinates with chief project engineer and functional managers.
• Develops resource plans and integrated schedules for program objectives.
• Form cross-functional teams to execute sub-projects and strategic initiatives.
• Tracks and updates project plans, risks, and mitigations.
• Ensures budget and schedule targets are met.
