• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 13 years Engineering experience; 8 years in a single technical discipline or 13 years across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers organizational unit schedules, tasks, and deliverables; sets performance requirements and monitors budget performance.
• Manages directly, or through subordinates, employees; conducts performance appraisals and participates in development and training.
• Establishes and executes objectives to support short and long-term goals.
• Conducts briefings for senior level management and technical meetings for internal/external contacts and customers.
• Acts as an advisor to subordinate supervisors or staff to meet schedules and resolve complex problems.
• Directly participates in functional projects and leads cooperative efforts among project team members.
