Job summary

General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS) seeks an Electrical Engineering (EE) Manager for the Electrical Technologies team in Rancho Bernardo, CA. You will lead EWIS design efforts, guide ECAD/MCAD workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-power electrical systems for defense and space applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in engineering with 9+ years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• EWIS cable/harness design for aerospace/space with electro-mechanical integration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and technically lead engineering unit through all project phases.
• Develop and implement technical, schedule, and financial objectives with program management.
• Lead design concept development, integration, and testing of electrical systems across product lines.
