Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks an experienced Mission Operations Lead to plan, direct, and execute EW program activities. You will work with the Operations Lead, Deployment team, and customers to satisfy contractual objectives.

You will own deployment of EW capabilities at test and demonstration events, coordinating across Test & Evaluation, Logistics, Growth, and Engineering to deliver capabilities quickly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management or cross-functional leadership.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements.
• Experience in fast-paced hardware-software integration environments.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity, working with customers to deploy and support EW hardware–software products and contract deliverables.
• Manage cross-team projects spanning multiple functional teams and initiatives to accelerate progress.
• Own deployment of EW capabilities at test and demonstration events across internal and external teams.
• Plan, execute, and supervise EW field events including internal and customer-facing demonstrations.
• Provide input to product and engineering to drive features and configurations for EW products.
• Support end-users with training materials and integration into training schedules.
