Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years as a Program Manager, Project Lead, or Cross-Functional Team Leader.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and specs.
• Experience in rapid, high-integration test environments between software and hardware teams.
• Project management and product deployment experience.
• Operational experience with EW systems deployment or integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing capacity, working with the Department of War to deploy Anduril hardware-software products and deliver measures of performance and reports.
• Manage cross-team projects spanning multiple functional teams and drive efficient workflows.
• Own deployment of EW capabilities at test and demonstration events with T&E, Logistics, Growth, and Engineering teams.
• Plan, execute, and supervise EW field events including internal and customer-facing tests and deliveries.
• Provide input to product and engineering to enhance EW features and configurations.
• Develop training content and integrate into unit training schedules for end-users.
• Develop and maintain a streamlined user feedback system, including issue tracking, training, refreshers, and exercise prep.
• Remove obstacles, identify communication gaps, manage escalations, and drive progress with ownership.
• Be a trusted partner to Anduril’s engineers on all pieces of work.
• Coordinate frequent test events from HQ simulations to flight test events at test sites.
