Job summary

Care and Help Home Care, LLC is seeking an EVV Coordinator to oversee EVV data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support payroll processing for caregivers in the Philadelphia area.

The role includes on-site EVV expertise, caregiver training, and collaboration with Scheduling to address pay and compliance issues. On-call support and ongoing EVV education will be part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or home care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate caregivers.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• On-site availability with some flexibility for after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and geography.
• Maintain EVV data compliance and support payroll processing.
• Provide EVV training and act as onsite EVV expert for Care Center personnel.
• Assist with configuring mobile EVV apps across iOS/Android.
• Support audits and explain EVV and non-EVV data to stakeholders.
• Maintain 85%+ EVV compliance and respond to scheduling issues.
