Job summary

Disability Services of the Southwest is seeking an EVV Lead Specialist to support CDS staff, clients, employers, and attendants. The role focuses on leadership, training, and compliance with EVV regulations across programs.

As a subject matter expert, you will monitor performance, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company standards while collaborating with the EVV Department Supervisor and management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years healthcare administration experience required.
• Experience with EVV, healthcare compliance, or long-term services and supports preferred.
• Proficiency with databases, reporting systems, and spreadsheet software; strong Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EVV department operations in partnership with the EVV Department Supervisor and team members.
• Serve as subject matter expert on EVV policy, procedures, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate workflow changes, updates, and priorities to staff and leadership.
• Develop standardized processes, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review daily EVV reports and address issues or escalations as needed.
• Support quality control, auditing, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Assist with EVV training and communications for clients, employers, employees, and CDS staff.
• Educate stakeholders on EVV responsibilities and system usage requirements.
• Provide technical assistance related to EVV processes and troubleshooting.
• Attend EVV-related meetings and training sessions.
