Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking an EVV Associate to support EVV operations across markets. The role focuses on monitoring EVV activity, resolving routine visit exceptions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring visits are ready for prebilling in line with regulatory requirements.

The position collaborates with branch teams, caregivers, and the EVV Manager to improve visit integrity, reduce manual EVV work, and maintain compliance across the EVV program.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in healthcare operations, home care, admin support or related field preferred.
• Previous EVV, home care, payroll, billing, or compliance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• Experience with electronic systems and data-entry platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with EVV systems (HHAeXchange, Sandata, DocuSign or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume, detail-oriented workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EVV dashboards, call dashboards, timesheet queues and prebilling work queues daily.
• Review visits for missing or inconsistent EVV information.
• Research and resolve routine EVV exceptions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support prebilling by ensuring EVV data is complete before billing.
• Assist with compliance audits and EVV data reviews.
• Provide guidance to branch staff and caregivers on EVV processes.
