Job summary

Care & Help Home Care, LLC is seeking an EVV Coordinator to oversee EVV data, ensure regulatory compliance, and support payroll processing. The role serves as the onsite EVV expert, providing training to Care Center staff and collaborating with Scheduling on pay-related issues and EVV rollout.

The coordinator will monitor EVV system alerts, assist with audits, manage visit data flow, and maintain accurate payroll-related documentation, ensuring 85%+ EVV compliance across assigned Care Centers.

• Flexibility for evening or weekend shifts and on-site training in Care Center
• Experience in healthcare or home care coordination is preferred; on-site training provided
• Familiarity with home care software and scheduling systems preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule caregiver assignments based on client needs, caregiver availability, and geographical considerations
• Match caregivers to clients considering preferences, language needs, and specialized care requirements
• Monitor and update caregiver schedules for changes in care plans or availability
• Maintain communication with caregivers, provide guidance and support
• Be the onsite EVV expert for assigned Care Center(s) and provide EVV training to staff
• Assist users with setting up and configuring mobile EVV applications
• Support EVV and payroll-related inquiries from employees; triage calls to Payroll Department
• Ensure EVV compliance and data accuracy and participate in internal/external audits
