Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking an EVV Associate to support EVV monitoring, exception resolution, and prebilling readiness across assigned markets. You will work closely with branch teams, caregivers, and the EVV Manager to maintain visit integrity and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in healthcare operations or related fields, familiarity with EVV platforms, and strong attention to detail. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, home care, administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with EVV systems (e.g., HHAeXchange, Sandata, DocuSign) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EVV dashboards and prebilling work queues daily.
• Research and resolve routine EVV exceptions.
• Ensure visits meet requirements before prebilling.
• Provide guidance to branch staff and caregivers on EVV processes.
• Assist with maintaining accurate and timely prebilling and documentation.
