Job summary

Care & Help Home Care is seeking an EVV Coordinator to manage EVV data, ensure payroll accuracy, and support staff training. You will serve as the onsite EVV expert for Care Center personnel and collaborate with Scheduling on pay and compliance issues.

Key duties include coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring client-caregiver matches, and monitoring EVV data flow and regulatory compliance. On-site role with strong team support.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating EVV and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of state and federal EVV regulations.
• Ability to train staff and onboard new hires.
• Familiarity with home care software and scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and availability.
• Match caregivers to clients considering language and care requirements.
• Monitor schedules and update for changes in care plans.
• Provide EVV training to staff and new hires on-site.
• Assist with configuring mobile EVV apps (iOS/Android).
• Support payroll with EVV and timesheet issues and inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with EVV regulations and audits.
