Responsibilities include planning new-hire orientation, documenting training, developing focus programs, and reporting training activity. Must have a HS diploma; vaccination per policy; strong written and spoken skills;

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and document all new-hire initial training including hospital and department orientation.
• Coordinate training on MSDS, infection control, safety, and policy adherence for staff and clinics.
• Develop and document cross-training, focus of the week, and management development programs.
• Prepare detailed training outlines, binder materials, and monthly activity reports.
• Collaborate with Regional Training Manager and HR to stay current on policies and standards.
