Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Environmental Services Training Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver training for frontline hospital staff in a local healthcare setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or high-service fields, and.training experience is preferred. Strong MS Office skills and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver new-hire training for frontline staff.
• Customize training documentation forms as required.
• Prepare detailed outlines of account-specific training programs for Environmental Services.
• Prepare monthly reports of training activity and statistics.
• Liaise with Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and unit resources.
