Xanitos, Inc. seeks a 1st Shift EVS Ambulatory Manager at Kaiser Permanente Tysons Corner Medical Center in McLean, VA.

The role trains the incumbent to oversee the EVS Ambulatory department under the Area Manager’s guidance, with focus on staffing, training, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include staff selection, scheduling, disciplinary action when needed, and maintaining a sanitary, productive environment while promoting Xanitos’ culture and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• COVID-19 vaccination per company policy or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Participate in staff selection and scheduling, ensuring coverage per hours and position control.
• Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage inventory and equipment."
• Provide orientation and ongoing education for EVS staff.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment; uphold company culture and values.
• Travel to client locations as needed; handle special projects as assigned.
