Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certifications in equipment repair or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on EVS equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, carpet cleaners).
• Diagnose mechanical or electrical issues and determine repair solutions.
• Coordinate with external vendors for complex repairs or warranty claims.
• Track equipment inventory and stock replacements as needed.
• Train EVS staff on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventories.
• Identify opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with EVS leadership to evaluate new equipment and technologies.
