Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Services team to maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
• Coach and develop staff; drive high performance and accountability across the team.
• Ensure infection prevention measures and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and throughput to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews and handle hiring, compensation changes, promotions, and corrective actions.
