Job summary

Osage Casinos is seeking an EVS Supervisor to coordinate the daily activities of EVS Attendants ensuring cleanliness of the gaming floor, venues, and public areas. Under general direction, you will lead the team, schedule shifts, and monitor compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will engage with guests and staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service, conduct meetings, and prepare routine reports. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain gaming license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EVS Attendants to keep gaming floor, venues, and public areas clean.
• Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a positive image.
• Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
• Schedule staff to ensure service levels and control costs.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operating reports as required.
