Job summary

Talking Stick Resort is seeking an EVS Shift Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services team on a rotating schedule. You will supervise EVS I, EVS Floor Technicians and EVS Night Cleaners, directing daily tasks and ensuring high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

You will train staff in cleaning procedures, monitor performance, and maintain safety programs while coordinating with EVS leadership to meet regulatory and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising EVS staff and directing work on shift.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises EVS staff on assigned shift.
• Evaluates work quality and performance.
• Prepares/Issues employee evaluations.
• Plans daily activities and assigns tasks.
• Trains EVS personnel in cleaning procedures.
• Maintains safety programs and enforces standards.
