Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor (EVS) to lead the housekeeping team on shift, ensuring policy compliance, cleanliness, safety, and exceptional guest service.

You will supervise EVS staff, schedule, train, and coordinate tasks, uphold OSHA standards, and collaborate with other departments to maintain the public areas, restrooms, and offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in environmental services with supervisor/lead experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of EVS staff and scheduling.
• Train and evaluate staff; ensure adherence to safety policies.
• Maintain OSHA safety rules and ensure cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Interact with guests and other departments professionally.
• Assist in staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
