Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking an EVS Shift Manager to support the EVS Manager in daily operations across casino and hotel facilities. You will lead, train and evaluate staff, ensuring cleanliness, safety and adherence to internal controls and policy guidelines.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with other departments to meet service standards. Hours follow a 24-hour schedule with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• At least 5 years supervisory experience; 3+ years in a high-traffic, large facility is desirable.
• Proficient with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Environmental Services operations within the casino and associated areas.
• Develop schedules based on department requirements and staffing needs.
• Evaluate labor and productivity; manage staffing and performance.
• Instruct, train and direct EVS staff; assist in hiring and evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety; ensure compliance with policies.
