Job summary

Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to oversee daily EVS operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding service. The role reports to the EVS Manager and requires maintaining compliance with policies and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible housekeeping or building maintenance experience.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a large complex or gaming environment.
• Must be able to pass a background screening / investigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates daily Environmental Services department activities.
• Supervises staff and operations to ensure customer service goals are met.
• Implement strategic plan for service delivery with management.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Host regular staff meetings to ensure department communication.
• Maintain staffing within budget and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Oversee maintenance reports, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Maintain professional reputation and teamwork.
