Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an EVS Porter Heavy Duty on the Day shift at the Silver Legacy property in Reno, NV. You will maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas, including slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, and elevators.

The role requires operating cleaners, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work under time pressures in a busy casino environment. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in a smoke-tinged environment.
• Experience with cleaning chemicals and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas of the property including slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, windows, walls, stairs and elevators.
• Clean public areas, TMDR, hallways, and casino floor as requested.
• Demonstrate Caesars values and service standards.
• Uphold DEI culture in daily duties.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

• Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, windows, walls, stairs and elevators as well as vacuuming all floors
• Responsible for cleaning public areas, TMDR, hallways, and casino floor and any other requested areas

What You Will Need

• Experience operating a vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, dumpster, floor scrubber, and hand tools
• Able to safely use chemicals and personal protective equipment for cleaning
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive or confined environment
• High School diploma or equivalent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise, and bright lights
