Job Summary

The EVS Cleaner is responsible for deep cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, and performing all heavy‑duty cleaning tasks on the casino floor. Team members may be assigned duties ranging from trash removal and window cleaning to tasks requiring the use of ladders, lifts, and motorized carts.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Monitors casino floor, mirrors, glass and assigned areas to ensure quality and cleanliness.

Services assigned areas daily, including vacuuming, cleaning of rest rooms, ash/trash urns, elevators, dusting, polishing, and sweeping

Mop, sweep, and clean restrooms to include sink and mirrors - wall, toilet, etc. and monito to ensure consistent cleanliness

Completely cleans Casino floor including vacuuming gaming tables, shampoo carpeting, wiping down machines and equipment

Maintains equipment and supplies in an orderly manner, as instructed by Supervisor

Reports maintenance needs to Supervisor

Reports emergency repairs to Supervisor immediately

Completes special assignments for the Supervisor – Public Areas and above as requested

Regular deepcleaning offacility to include, cleaning carpets, floors and high touch surfaces

What You Will Need

Must posses excellent communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult guests, and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner.
• While performing the duties of this job, the team members are constantly exposed to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights, and loud noise environment.
