Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a dedicated process management leader for Environmental Services. The role drives departmental processes, supports throughput improvements, and ensures alignment with leadership models and the organization’s scorecard.

You will supervise staff, promote best practices, and lead efforts to improve patient flow and service quality across shifts. The position emphasizes coaching, development, and effective communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• In lieu of degree, four years of environmental services experience with at least three years in a leadership role; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge and application of growth and development principles.
• Utilization of effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages processes while defining objectives, resource requirements and barriers within OhioHealth goals and management model.
• Maintains diversity standards throughout department while leading and educating supervisory staff.
• Performs hiring, coaching, educating and training of staff while communicating with leadership on career path growth opportunities.
• Reports on process progress to Director and management, identifying adjustments based on measurement and performance.
• Maintains process flows, gap analysis sheets, and measurement records and educates staff on their roles.
