Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Environmental Services Process Specialist to support supervisors with process management and training. You will help develop, deploy, and maintain processes, and communicate leadership goals and service standards across the department.

Day shifts with 40 hours per week, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of our High Reliability Organization, while promoting exceptional customer service and staff development.

Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required)
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques and can develop and teach adults.
• Minimum of three years Experience in environmental or cleaning services field or hospital field.

Responsibilities

• Support the defining and implementing of processes aligned with OhioHealth goals.
• Monitor tools in process management, timelines, action plans, and measurements.
• Educate and train Environmental Service staff and units.
• Report progress to department leadership and adjust based on metrics.
• Develop and maintain department processes using department tools.
• Manage Environmental Services staff, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Promote customer service initiatives and staff training.
• Monitor progress and communicate improvement opportunities to leaders.
