Albert Einstein Medical Center seeks an Operations Manager for Environmental Services to support the EVS Director in daily hospital operations. The role focuses on coordinating activities with leaders, driving cost reductions and program quality, and developing staff for sustained growth.

You will ensure service excellence, patient satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards across the EVS program. This on-site position requires strong leadership and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years in institutional management or hospitality with housekeeping exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day EVS department operations under the EVS Director.
• Coordinate activities with hospital leadership and departments.
• Develop cost-reduction plans and ensure program quality.
• Train and develop talent for long-term growth.
• Monitor performance and drive service excellence and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and regulatory requirements.
