Job summary

OhioHealth Environmental Services is seeking a process-management professional to support supervisors, develop and maintain processes, and train staff to uphold safety, quality, and service standards across the department. The role communicates Leadership Model and scorecard details, monitors progress with timelines and measurements, and drives customer service initiatives across the department.

Responsibilities

Define and implement processes, identify objectives and barriers within OhioHealth goals.
Monitor timelines, action plans, and measurements including bed tracking data.
Educate and train Environmental Service staff for units and ancillaries.
Report process progress to department leadership and adjust as needed.
Develop, deploy, and maintain department processes using department tools.
Manage staffing and provide keys/pagers; ensure fair shift coverage.
Promote customer service initiatives and conduct training across the organization.
Monitor progress and inform leadership of improvements; participate in recognition programs.
