• Customer service skills and knowledge of process improvement techniques.
• Ability to develop and teach adults.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement processes, identify objectives and barriers within OhioHealth goals.
• Monitor timelines, action plans, and measurements including bed tracking data.
• Educate and train Environmental Service staff for units and ancillaries.
• Report process progress to department leadership and adjust as needed.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain department processes using department tools.
• Manage staffing and provide keys/pagers; ensure fair shift coverage.
• Promote customer service initiatives and conduct training across the organization.
• Monitor progress and inform leadership of improvements; participate in recognition programs.
