Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking staff to assist the Operations Manager and Director in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the facility and clinics. The role includes coaching staff, handling disciplinary actions, and approving time off while keeping the schedule current.

Responsibilities cover creating adaptable area assignments, maintaining floor care plans, and coordinating moves with hourly tracking.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Five (5) years experience in housekeeping or related field required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager and Director in maintaining high standard of cleanliness throughout facility and external clinics.
• Provide recognition, coaching and Progressive Disciplinary Actions for assigned staff.
• Complete Annual Performance Evaluations for assigned staff.
• Approve employee requests for ETO and maintain posted schedule of available dates.
• Develop and adjust area assignments as facility needs change.
• Create schedules that adapt to facility needs and budgeted hours.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing floor care management plan.
• Coordinate scheduled moves and track hours used.
• Perform Compuclean inspections and audit entries done by others.
• Monitor equipment management protocol and weekly supply orders.
