Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months experience in cleaning field.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with MVR requirements.
• Eligible to work in the United States and Virginia employment laws.
• May be required to operate Augusta Health vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Write schedules and approve PTO and vacations; ensure coverage.
• Oversee shift operations and smooth daily activities.
• Train and supervise new employees; monitor performance.
• Maintain current employee records and complete evaluations on time.
• Handle absence and performance counseling in a fair, timely manner.
• Lead assignment planning and ensure adequate supplies for tasks.
