Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Environmental Services Operations Manager (Evenings) to assist EVS leaders in directing housekeeping operations and coordinating front-line staff.

You will act as a liaison between administration and hospital departments, ensuring high levels of service and compliance with standards and budgeting. Evening shifts with weekend/holiday rotation and a pathway to professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Demonstrated growth in healthcare housekeeping or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a changing environment.
• Leadership, initiative and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orientates, develops and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Monthly reporting of goals and plans.
