Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in EVS education.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare settings with leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing EVS staff education and orientation.
• Develop and revise EVS curricula and SOPs to align with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and external stakeholders for training.
• Travel within OhioHealth sites to deliver education as needed.
