Job summary

OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Dublin, OH is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to maintain clean and safe patient areas and common spaces. The role involves cleaning patient rooms, nurse’s stations, lounges, corridors, and other occupied spaces, with a focus on infection control and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience required.
• High School degree preferred.
• EVS hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment in assigned areas including patient rooms, offices, nurse’s stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, elevators and lobby areas.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor or appropriate department to maintain a safe environment.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, towels and toilet tissue and other disposable items as needed.
