Qualifications

• Five years health care environmental services experience.
• Analytical and oral communication skills.
• Bed Management Systems familiarity.
• DOT Certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• CSCT Certification within the first year of employment.
• CHEST Certification within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts one-on-one training sessions using approved techniques and educational materials.
• Provides instruction to new hires and current employees in various areas.
• Demonstrates technical cleaning procedures for patient and non-patient areas, including isolation rooms and ER trauma units.
• Responds to inquiries or complaints from customers using designated engagement techniques.
• Maintains floor care logs and checklists and ensures proper use of EVS equipment.
