Job summary

Yona is seeking a District Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will lead facility managers, ensure sanitation, safety, and supply adequacy, and drive quality resident care in the district.

You will visit facilities, train staff, maintain relationships with clients, and manage budgets and staffing to meet goals while upholding federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
• Two years’ experience in housekeeping services and multi-facility management in a healthcare environment is desired.
• General business acumen; strong supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and quality attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manages district housekeeping and laundry operations across facilities in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Visits each facility regularly to provide feedback and support professional development of managers.
• Maintains contact with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided by Yona.
• Trains and supervises Environmental Services Directors and Supervisors; maintains staffing and equipment inventories.
