Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking an Environmental Services District Manager to oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care across multiple locations. You will drive operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction while leading a team of supervisors and frontline staff.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, budget stewardship, and the ability to coordinate across sites.

Qualifications

Experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Experience supervising personnel and coordinating across multiple sites.
Ability to manage schedules, trainings, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring consistent directives.
All other duties as assigned.
