Yona is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for a skilled nursing facility. You will plan, organize and direct housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for residents and staff.

Your role includes supervising staff, training, budgeting, and coordinating with other departments while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree strongly desired; high school diploma/GED acceptable
• Two years experience in healthcare housekeeping and staff supervision preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
• Proficiency with Windows office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff
• Trains staff in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures
• Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises housekeeping and laundry functions
• Maintains sanitary, attractive and orderly facilities
• Maintains staffing levels and schedules
• Manages supplies, equipment, and budgets and ensures survey readiness
