Responsibilities

• Manages managers, supervisors and/or professional staff; hires, develops and motivates.
• Achieves operational/financial/service objectives and may lead large projects; plan and coordinate activities.
• Accountable for performance of a function; develops 6–18 month plans and budgets.
• Conducts analysis to determine causes and solutions; resolves complex issues and allocates resources.
