Banner Health in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to direct the EVS department of a large medical center. You will lead a team of about 50 staff, with 4 direct reports, and ensure a clean, safe environment aligned with infection control standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, negotiating contracts for supplies and linen, coordinating scheduling, and driving process improvements to deliver high-quality patient care. Prior EVS experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, negotiating, and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of environmental services functions, including chemicals, tools, and equipment used for carpet and hard floor care.
• Strong planning, directing, communication, and statistical analysis skills.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and background requirements for applicable campus settings.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the Environmental Services department to maintain a clean, safe medical center environment.
• Lead and develop a team of ~50 staff with 4 direct reports, 2 supervisors, 2 EVS leads.
• Negotiate cleaning supply, equipment, and linen contracts; manage budgets.
• Develop staffing plans, scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leaders and departments to improve processes and patient experience.
