Banner Health is seeking a Senior EVS Associate at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe patient environment with strict infection control, handling chemotherapy and biohazard disposal, and supporting the EVS team in the cancer center building.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environmental services or similar settings.
• Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform heavy cleaning and floor care, including carpet extraction and reconditioning surfaces.
• Handle disposal of hazardous materials and waste per safety guidelines.
• Clean patient areas, exam and procedure rooms, and common spaces without disrupting care.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; log tasks and infection control data.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff and assist with training as needed.
