Job summary

Nova Sky Stories is seeking an EVP, Global Touring & Live Experiences to build and lead our global touring and ticketed experiences business. You will own the strategy, financial performance, and operating model while developing partnerships and scalable systems for rapid global growth.

This entrepreneurial role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, solving complex operational challenges and launching new markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, attractions, sports, festivals, or other large-scale consumer experiences.
• Demonstrated success launching, scaling, or transforming a business, division, or major operating function.
• Experience owning a P&L and translating business strategy into operational execution.
• Proven ability to build organizations, processes, and commercial partnerships from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nova Sky Stories' long-term strategy for the global touring and live experiences business.
• Build the operating model with scalable processes, KPIs, and governance across markets.
• Lead negotiations with venues, promoters, ticketing partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Recruit and build the leadership team, establishing an organization designed for repeatable success.
