Nova Sky Stories is seeking an EVP, Global Theme Parks & Attractions to define the strategy for the vertical and lead our worldwide theme park and destination entertainment business. The role requires building relationships with the world’s leading operators and developers, and guiding opportunities from initial contact through long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, commercial leadership, development, partnerships, or strategy within the theme park, attractions, resort, or location-based entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Nova’s global theme park and attractions strategy across parks, resorts, entertainment districts and location-based experiences.
• Build executive relationships with operators, developers, agencies, IP holders, and industry partners.
• Lead commercial performance, long-term growth, and pipeline management for the vertical.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal to deliver scalable opportunities.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team as the business scales.
