Job summary

Nova Sky Stories is seeking an EVP of Global Touring & Live Experiences to architect and scale our global touring and ticketed experiences business. You will own strategy, financial performance, and the operating model while forging commercial partnerships and launching new markets.

This executive role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring a track record of building organizations, processes, and scalable operations in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, or large-scale consumer experiences.
• Proven success launching, scaling, or transforming a business, division, or major function.
• Experience owning a P&L and translating strategy into operational execution.
• Ability to build organizations, processes, and commercial partnerships from the ground up.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience with venues, partners, suppliers, or strategic customers.
• Comfortable operating independently in an evolving environment with limited infrastructure.
• Exceptional strategic thinking with a bias toward action and execution.
• Willingness to travel extensively, domestically and internationally.
