Job summary

Nova Sky Stories is seeking an EVP, Global Touring & Live Experiences to lead a scalable, multi-city, multi-continent touring and live experiences business. You will own strategy, financial performance, and the operating model while forging strategic partnerships and building a high-impact organization.

This executive role requires hands-on execution, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to launch new markets and partnerships in a dynamic, build-stage environment. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, attractions, sports, festivals, or other large-scale consumer experiences.
• Demonstrated success launching, scaling, or transforming a business, division, or major operating function.
• Experience owning a P&L and translating business strategy into operational execution.
• Proven ability to build organizations, processes, and commercial partnerships from the ground up.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience with venues, partners, suppliers, or strategic customers.
• Comfortable operating independently in an evolving environment with limited existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nova Sky Stories' long-term strategy for the global touring and live experiences business.
• Build the financial model, operating plan, and commercial roadmap that will support rapid global expansion.
• Personally identify, evaluate, and launch new markets, venue opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with executive leadership and the Board to establish the production pipeline that supports long-term business growth.
• Design and implement the operating playbook that will become the foundation for Nova's touring business.
• Lead negotiations with venue partners, promoters, ticketing partners, suppliers, and key commercial stakeholders.
