Job summary

Nova Sky Stories is seeking an EVP, Global Touring & Live Experiences to build and lead its global touring and ticketed experiences business. The role will own the strategy, financial performance, and operating model, steering partnerships and systems for scalable growth.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in live entertainment, a track record of launching or transforming large operations, and a demonstrated ability to build teams and processes. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading growth within live entertainment, touring productions, experiential events, attractions, sports, festivals, or other large‑scale consumer experiences.
• Demonstrated success launching, scaling, or transforming a business, division, or major operating function.
• Experience owning a P&L and translating business strategy into operational execution.
• Proven ability to build organizations, processes, and commercial partnerships from the ground up.
• Strong commercial negotiation experience with venues, partners, suppliers, or strategic customers.
• Comfortable operating independently in an evolving environment with limited existing infrastructure.
• Exceptional strategic thinking combined with a bias toward action and execution.
• Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Nova Sky Stories' global touring and live experiences business strategy.
• Build financial model, operating plan, and roadmap to enable rapid global expansion.
• Identify, evaluate, and launch new markets, venues, and partnerships.
• Establish production pipeline with leadership and the Board to support growth.
• Design and implement scalable operating playbooks, processes, and KPIs.
• Lead negotiations with venue partners, promoters, and suppliers.
• Recruit and build leadership team; foster ownership, accountability, and improvement.
• Create organization designed for repeatable success as the business scales.
