Nordstrom is seeking an Employer Brand and EVP Program Manager to lead strategy and execution that brings our brand to life across the talent lifecycle. You will design campaigns and assets with Creative, Comms, Recruitment Marketing, and Talent teams to attract and retain top talent.

You will own EVP development, digital strategy, and analytics, ensuring our front door reflects Nordstrom’s culture and drives strong ROI across platforms and career sites.

Formación

• 3+ years leading employer brand, recruitment marketing, or talent marketing programs with enterprise impact.
• Experience creating and deploying employer brand assets across digital channels.
• Experience defining and tracking employer brand metrics to drive ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise activation of Nordstrom's EVP and Employer Brand across the talent lifecycle.
• Develop a digital marketing strategy reflecting our EVP across owned social channels and recruiting platforms.
• Create the Employer Brand strategy and assets for video, digital, and physical formats with cross-functional partners.
• Edit and build assets that drive employee and candidate engagement.
• Manage Career Site strategy, content, and analytics to maximize applications.
