Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Senior/Principal Program Control Analyst to lead cost and schedule control for complex programs. The role focuses on EVMS, budgeting, and performance reporting in a fast-paced IPT. On-site work is required with no virtual option.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or a Master's with 3 years.
• Must have an active Government Secret clearance or higher with a background check completed within the last 6 years or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period.
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial support.
• Develop and maintain EVMS-based budgets, baselines, and performance reports.
• Prepare budgets, ETC/EAC, and government cost performance reporting and variance analysis.
• Support monthly program cadence, lifecycle reporting, and anomaly resolution.
