Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL, seeks a Sr. EVM Program Control Analyst (level 4) to join an IPT focused on earned value and cost performance. The role interfaces with program managers and CAMs to support budgets, schedules, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a strong EVMS background, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and on-site work daily in Melbourne, FL. Relocation may be available and a discretionary bonus is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, financial analysis or related fields
• Master's degree with 6 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, financial analysis or related fields
• Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience using Earned Value Tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
• Ability to work on site daily in Melbourne, FL

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis
• Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for budgeted cost of work scheduled and maintain performance criteria
• Prepare and review IPMR and CDRLs; perform variance analysis
• Budget baseline, funding analysis, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports
• Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity
